Description

Stationary slow-speed shredder Pronar RW 2.85s is designed for integration into sorting and recycling lines. Its main function is preliminary waste shredding and bag opening, which significantly facilitates subsequent sorting and processing.

The model is equipped with an electric motor (160–250 kW), which means there are no exhaust emissions during operation, a key advantage for use in enclosed facilities. A hydraulically raised feed hopper, operated via remote control, ensures convenient and safe operation.

Shredding is performed by two synchronously operating shafts, which can be configured depending on the type of material. The working elements are made of wear-resistant steel, ensuring long service life and reliable operation even under heavy loads.

Pronar RW 2.85s is characterized by high throughput and versatile applications. It is ideally suited for processing municipal, industrial and construction waste as part of stationary recycling lines.
