BUDSHLYAKHMASH GROUP DELIVERS A NEW SEWER JETTING MACHINE ON JAC N200 CHASSIS

Budshlyakhmash Group has delivered an updated sewer jetting machine mounted on a JAC N200 chassis. The machine is designed for cleaning and flushing sewer and drainage networks with pipe diameters from 150 to 1,000 mm, providing effective removal of deposits and blockages.

The base for the specialised equipment is a JAC N200 4×2 chassis powered by a Cummins ISD285.50 diesel engine with a displacement of 6.69 litres and an output of 277 hp, paired with a manual gearbox and compliant with the Euro 5 emissions standard.

One of the key advantages of the machine is the updated 8 m³ tank made from polypropylene. Unlike traditional metal tanks, the polymer construction fully eliminates corrosion, significantly extending the service life of the equipment. The absence of rust and scale also protects the pump, pipework, and fittings from premature wear. In addition, the lower weight of the polypropylene tank reduces fuel consumption and increases the vehicle’s payload capacity.

The equipment is fitted with an Italian Pratissoli MW-40 high-pressure pump with a flow rate of 212 L/min and a working pressure of up to 19 MPa (190 bar). The machine comes with 100 metres of high-pressure hose, and all pipework is made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliable performance under daily operating conditions.
