JAC N120 with HIAB X-DUO 088 B-2 Loader Crane — A One-Man Army

Another machine has left the BSM facility.

This machine proves: it’s not about force, it’s about intelligence. Light, maneuverable and powerful, the JAC N120 with HIAB X-DUO 088 B-2 works completely independently: loads, transports and unloads without the help of other equipment.

Under the hood — diesel engine Cummins B4.5EV210 (Euro 5) with 206 hp at 2600 rpm.
Six-speed manual transmission C6J76T ensures smooth shifting, and pneumatic brakes, ABS and ESC systems, “hill brake” and reverse buzzer guarantee safe operation.
Maximum speed — 107 km/h, fuel tank volume — 210 liters.

The crane provides a load moment of 7.5 tm (74 kN·m) and allows working with various loads:

– 2.9 m — 2700 kg
– 3.8 m — 2000 kg
– 5.4 m — 1380 kg
– 7.3 m — 1000 kg

Maximum hydraulic outreach — 7.7 m, lifting height — 9.9 m.
The SPACE Evo system controls the load (50/70/90/100%), and the hydraulic system with Parker V80H distributor and Sunfab SAP 047 pump ensures precise movements.
Installation weight — approximately 1080 kg.

The platform has actual dimensions of 4000 × 2400 × 400 mm:

– sides — anodized aluminum, combined attachment to the frame;
– floor — bakelite plywood at least 20 mm thick;
– galvanized hardware and 6 loops for cargo fixation;
– plastic fenders, marker lights and intermediate galvanized posts.

The design is created for safe transportation of various types of cargo and convenient access during loading.
