The «Budshlyakhmash» group of companies has successfully completed the delivery of the Pronar T132 trailer sand spreader, which will enhance the efficiency of winter road maintenance for the client and improve traffic safety in snowy and icy conditions. The delivery of this machine marks another step in strengthening the fleet of special equipment for the operational organization in the anti-icing treatment segment.

The Pronar T132 is designed for distributing sand and sand-salt mixtures on roads during the winter period, ensuring uniform application on the road surface with adjustable working width ranging from approximately 1.8 to 2.8 m and material dosage depending on the condition of the pavement. The body, with a capacity of 4 m³, allows for extended working cycles without frequent reloading of the mixture, which is a significant advantage when treating long stretches of road.

The design of the sand spreader includes a reinforced dump truck platform with an internal length of about 3300 mm and a width of 1386 mm, protective screens at the top to prevent clods and stones from entering, as well as an 800 mm wide conveyor belt that feeds material to two spreading discs with adjustable rotation speeds. This scheme ensures stable and controlled mixture delivery, the ability for fine-tuning of spreading parameters, and consequently, economical use of anti-icing materials without losing processing effectiveness.

The Pronar T132 is compatible with tractors from 70 hp, corresponding to common models used in road maintenance services. Its trailer design and a maximum speed of up to 40 km/h allow the machine to be effectively used both within urban infrastructure and on areas of the general network of roads with varying traffic intensity.
