The «Budshlyakhmash» Group of Companies successfully completed the shipment of a modern sewer cleaning machine KO-503KP-28 based on the JAC N200 chassis. This equipment is designed for hydrodynamic cleaning of urban sewer networks, effectively working with pipes ranging from 100 to 1000 mm in diameter and ensuring reliable removal of blockages and deposits.

The sewer cleaning unit, produced in-house, is mounted on the JAC N200 chassis with a total weight of 19,980 kg and compact dimensions, making it maneuverable in urban areas while also allowing for the placement of a full set of special equipment. The thermally insulated van body contains a stainless steel tank made of AISI304 with a total volume of 8 m³, providing a sufficient supply of process water for prolonged work cycles without the need for additional filling.

The heart of the machine is the high-pressure plunger pump Pratissoli MW 40 (1500), which develops a flow rate of up to 212 l/min and provides a working pressure in the range of 150–1000 bar. Combined with a 100 m flushing hose, this allows for cleaning at considerable distances from the vehicle, including hard-to-reach areas of the network. The hydraulic drive of the reel, pressure regulation system, and a set of interchangeable nozzles give the operator flexibility in choosing flushing modes for specific tasks.

To operate in Ukrainian climate conditions, the machine is equipped with an anti-icing system: a Webasto diesel air heater, a thermally insulated body made of sandwich panels, and a circuit for purging and filling the pump with non-freezing liquid. This allows the equipment to operate in temperature ranges from -15 to +40 °C while complying with manufacturer regulations.
