The group of companies «Budshlyakhmash» unloaded a flatbed truck SBM KS-13/3 based on the JAC N120 chassis with a HIAB X-DUO 112 B-2 crane-manipulator. This complex combines the capabilities of a full-fledged cargo platform and modern lifting equipment, allowing one machine to perform both transportation and loading-unloading operations at the customer’s sites.

The equipment is based on the JAC N120 chassis with a gross weight of 11,980 kg, equipped with a Cummins B4.5EV210 (Euro 5) diesel engine producing 206 hp, a 4×2 wheel configuration, and a pneumatic braking system with ABS and ESC, which ensures stability, driving safety, and the possibility of intensive operation in urban and regional conditions.

The HIAB X-DUO 112 B-2 crane-manipulator belongs to the lightweight segment and has a lifting moment of 9.9 Tm, allowing lifting loads of up to 3.5 tons at short outreach. The maximum reach of the boom is 8 m, while the crane can work with a payload of 1.2 tons at the maximum radius, making it a versatile solution for construction and service work.

The HIAB SPACEevo control system with multiple operating modes enables the operator to accurately control the movements of the boom, ensuring stable performance and increased safety when working in confined urban site conditions. The hydraulic system with a Sunfab SAP 047 pump and Parker V80H distributor supports optimal working pressure of up to 320 bar and a flow rate of 45–50 l/min, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the crane-manipulator in intensive mode.

The flatbed platform is made of anodized aluminum with a 20 mm thick bakelite plywood floor, its dimensions are 4000 × 2400 × 400 mm, which ensures optimal placement of construction materials and equipment. The design is complemented by galvanized hardware and loops for securing loads, providing convenient fixation, corrosion protection, and durability in daily operation.
