Description

Hydraulic channel baling press Pronar HPBK-67HA is a modern solution for compacting waste into bales in order to significantly reduce its volume. The machine operates using a high‑pressure hydraulic cylinder that compresses the material in the chamber, after which the finished bale is automatically tied with four horizontal wires.

The resulting bales measure 750 × 1100 × 600–1200 mm and weigh around 550 kg, which makes them easy to transport and store. The press can reduce waste volume by up to 90%, helping to significantly cut logistics costs.

HPBK-67HA is characterized by ease of operation and a high level of safety. The working parameters are set via a 10.4ʺ touch screen that can be operated while wearing protective gloves, and the press chamber door is equipped with a special lock that prevents it from being opened during operation.

The machine is practically maintenance‑free, apart from refilling the binding wire from time to time, and it can optionally be fitted with a loading feeder. Pronar HPBK-67HA is a reliable choice for companies seeking to minimize waste volume and optimize their recycling and waste‑handling processes.
