The MDKZ-27-31 Winter Combined Road Maintenance Vehicle is designed for comprehensive road maintenance during the winter season.
Its construction combines a sand spreading system, a hydraulically controlled snow plow blade, and a tipping platform, providing outstanding versatility and efficiency for both urban and intercity operations.
All main functions are controlled directly from the driver’s cab, ensuring maximum operator comfort, safety, and ease of use.

Sand Spreading Equipment

The vehicle is equipped with a hopper with a capacity of 3.6 m³, ensuring long operating time without refilling.
The working units are driven hydraulically, using VMGZ hydraulic oil (tank capacity — 60 L, operating pressure — up to 16 MPa).
Material feeding is carried out by a double-chain conveyor, which guarantees uniform spreading even for dense mixtures.
The maximum working width reaches up to 12 m, with an average spreading density of about 0.4 kg/m².
For easy maintenance, the hopper is equipped with a metal mesh screen and an LED warning beacon.
The dosage and feed rate are controlled directly from the driver’s cab, allowing the operator to adjust working parameters on the go without stopping the vehicle.

Snow Plow Blade

The front of the vehicle is equipped with a metal plow blade with a rubber edge, also fully controlled from the cab.
The blade provides a working width of 2.7–3.0 m and a turning angle of ±30°, allowing efficient cleaning of roads of various widths.
The working speed reaches up to 40 km/h, while the transport speed is up to 60 km/h.
In transport position, the blade is raised 300 mm above the road surface, ensuring convenient movement between work sites.
The hydraulic control system allows precise adjustment of the blade position during operation, increasing cleaning efficiency.

Tipping Platform

The vehicle features rear unloading and a durable steel tipping body with dimensions of 3500 × 2330 × 800 mm.
The floor thickness is 4 mm, and the side walls are 3 mm.
Lifting is performed by a hydraulic cylinder at an angle of 40 ± 3°, ensuring complete unloading even when materials are compacted.
The platform has a welded structure, coated with two-component acrylic primer and paint for enhanced corrosion resistance.
The vehicle is equipped with LED lighting, plastic fenders, and aluminum side protection elements.

Base Chassis

JAC N120, diesel engine 152 kW, EURO-5 emission standard,
6-speed manual gearbox, pneumatic braking system with ABS, gross weight — 11,980 kg, maximum speed — 90 km/h.
The cab is single-row, 3-seater, providing comfort and convenience for municipal operation.
