The mobile high-speed shredder Pronar MRS 1.53 is designed for efficient processing of waste wood, green waste and the production of alternative fuels, with a rotor running at up to 1000 rpm and 36 easily replaceable hammers adapted to different feed materials. In RDF configuration, the standard rotor is replaced by a fixed-knife drum, turning the machine into a mobile mill for preparing fuel feedstock, with interchangeable screens in front of the rotor for precise control of the final fraction.​

The MRS 1.53 layout provides easy access to the shredding chamber thanks to the low infeed, and the shredder can be optionally equipped with a magnetic separator to remove ferrous contaminants from the material stream.
