BUDSHLYAKHMASH GROUP SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TWO BSHMT-YC4-12 ROAD CLEANING MACHINES

Budshlyakhmash Group has delivered two BSHMT-YC4-12 road and yard cleaning machines, built on the Zoomlion RN1104 tractor platform. The equipment is designed for municipal services and enterprises for seasonal maintenance of roads and adjacent territories during winter and transitional periods.

At the core of each machine is a Zoomlion RN1104 wheeled tractor powered by a YUCHAI Common Rail diesel engine producing 110 hp. The tractor features a 150-litre fuel tank, a high-output hydraulic system with a flow rate of 64 L/min, three pairs of hydraulic outlets, a Category II three-point hitch, and a PTO shaft at 540/1000 rpm. The tractor performs reliably with municipal attachments in daily operational conditions.

Each machine is equipped with a 3-metre snow plough with hydraulic rotation to +30° / 0° / -30°. The assembly includes a 40 mm rubber blade, a 6 mm steel mould board, and spring buffers to absorb impact loads. This ensures reliable snow clearance and reduces stress on the equipment when working over uneven surfaces.

The machines are also fitted with a mechanical municipal sweeping brush driven by the PTO. The working width is 1,750 mm, brush diameter 540 mm, and productivity at an operating speed of 8–10 km/h can reach 16,200–20,000 m²/h. This configuration allows the machines to be used year-round for regular removal of dust, sand, dirt, and debris.
