The MDKZ-27 combined winter road vehicle is designed for efficient winter road maintenance. The sand spreading equipment and reversible snow blade ensure cleaning and spreading in city and intercity conditions. All main functions are directly controlled from the cab, providing comfort and safety for the operator.

Sand Spreading Equipment

The hopper capacity of 4 m³ provides prolonged operation without refilling. Working mechanisms are powered hydraulically, using VMGZ fluid (tank capacity: 60 L, working pressure: up to 16 MPa). A dual-chain conveyor feeds the material, guaranteeing even spreading even with lumpy mixtures. Maximum working width is 12 meters, and the average spreading density is about 0.4 kg/m². The hopper is equipped with a metal grate for screening material. Dosing and material feed are operated from the cab, allowing quick adjustment of parameters without stopping.

Reversible Blade

The front of the machine features a metal blade with a rubber edge, which is also fully operated from the cab. The blade has a working width of 2.7–3.0 m and a rotation angle of ±30°, enabling effective road clearing at different widths. Working speed is up to 40 km/h, and transport speed is up to 60 km/h. In transport mode, the blade raises to 300 mm, offering convenience when travelling between locations. Hydraulic controls allow precise adjustment of blade position during operation, increasing cleaning efficiency.

Base Chassis

The chassis is JAC N120, powered by a 152 kW diesel engine, EURO-5 compliant. It features a 6-speed manual transmission, rear pneumatic brakes with ABS, curb weight of 11,980 kg, and maximum speed of 90 km/h. The cab is three-seater, heated, and equipped with vibration and noise insulation.
