Combined Winter Road Maintenance Vehicle MDKZ-26

The vehicle is designed for comprehensive road maintenance during the winter season. Its structure combines a sand spreading unit, a front-mounted snow plow, and a tipper platform, ensuring versatility and efficiency in both urban and intercity conditions.
All main functions are controlled directly from the driver’s cab, providing comfort and safety for the operator.

Sand Spreading Equipment

The vehicle is equipped with a 6.8 m³ hopper that allows extended operation without refilling.
The working mechanisms are hydraulically driven, using VMGZ hydraulic fluid (tank capacity — 60 L, working pressure — up to 16 MPa).

Material feeding is carried out by a double-chain conveyor, ensuring uniform spreading even with dense mixtures.
The maximum working width is up to 12 meters, while the average spreading density is about 0.4 kg/m².

For easier maintenance, the hopper is fitted with a metal grid and an LED warning beacon.
Material dosage and feed rate are controlled directly from the cab, allowing quick adjustment of working parameters without stopping the vehicle.

Front-Mounted Snow Plow

The front part of the vehicle is equipped with a metal plow featuring a rubber cutting edge, fully controlled from the cab.
The plow has a working width of 2.7–3.0 m and a rotation angle of ±30°, ensuring effective snow removal on roads of various widths.

The working speed reaches up to 40 km/h, while transport speed is up to 60 km/h.
In transport position, the plow is lifted by 300 mm for convenient movement between job sites.
Hydraulic control enables precise adjustment of the plow’s position during operation, increasing cleaning efficiency.

Tipper Platform

The steel welded tipper platform features rear unloading and body dimensions of 4290 × 2330 × 1000 mm.
The floor thickness is 4 mm and the sides are 3 mm.

The platform is raised by a hydraulic cylinder at an angle of 40 ± 3°, ensuring complete unloading even with compacted material.
The structure is coated with a two-component acrylic primer and paint for enhanced corrosion resistance.

The vehicle is equipped with LED lighting, plastic fenders, and aluminum side protection elements.
