Description

Machine Purpose

The combined winter road maintenance vehicle MDKZ-31 based on JAC N350 is designed for comprehensive road maintenance during the winter season. It combines a sand spreader hopper, dump truck platform, and a rotary snow plow blade, providing versatility and high efficiency in both urban and interurban conditions.

Sand Spreading Equipment

The machine is equipped with a 9 m³ hopper, ensuring long-term operation without refilling. Material delivery is provided by a dual conveyor system for uniform spreading, with controls in the driver’s cabin. Working zone during spreading: 3-12 m.

Snow Plow Blade

The front of the machine is equipped with a metal blade with a rubber edge. Working blade width is 2.7-3.0 m, with a rotation angle of ±30°. Position adjustment is carried out hydraulically from the cabin, increasing cleaning efficiency.

Dump Truck Platform

Dump truck dimensions are 5400×2380×1000 mm. The platform provides reliability and versatility for material transportation.

JAC N350 Base Chassis

New powerful chassis with a 4100+1350 mm wheelbase, Weichai WP10.350E53 engine (Euro-5), 252 kW (343 hp) power output, 12-speed manual transmission, 35,000 kg gross weight, and 400 L fuel tank. Equipment includes ABS, air conditioning, pneumatic seat, heated mirrors, and additional options for operator comfort and safety.

Additional Options and Equipment

The machine features LED lighting, plastic fenders, aluminum protective elements, and an LED beacon for enhanced visibility.
